• MEMBER VIDEO PROFILE PROGRAM  (MVP)

    Scope of Work

    1. Pre-Production

First, a meet & greet (approx. 1.5 hours). We’ll talk to you to establish a solid feel for what you would like to feature in your video. We will walk the areas to be filmed and photographed, determine if extra lighting is required, plan a flight path for the drone (inspect areas for clearances), and possibly make suggestions on what might look good on video and in the photos.

We’ll discuss and write a script of specific features to be mentioned in the voice over script. After all the information has been gathered, we’ll set a date to shoot! Scheduling will be subjected to good weather especially for drone filming. The styles of video we can do:

    • Product-featured

    • Interview style

    • In-store filming

    • Outside location

    • Overhead (drone filming)

    • Draft a script for voice over

    2. Production

Day of the shoot will be to execute all of the Pre-Production goals set in our first meeting. Members should expect this day to be a minimum of 4 to 5 hours. Filming and photography are to be taken with the use of lighting equipment along with audio recording for interviews (if desired). A quiet location is needed for the interviews.

    3. Post-Production

All materials will be collected and edited together. Then we'll write a script and record the Voice Over, add text, graphics and or logos to be incorporated, and any other pertinent information you want to have in your video. All videos, when completed, are to be approximately 45 to 60 seconds in length.

    4. Delivery

After your Profile Video has been completed, it will be uploaded to the Chamber website and the link will be made available to share and use on all social media platforms.
