Fiesta Days is completely run on volunteer effort; from set up on Wednesday and Thursday to teardown on Sunday and Monday. We welcome all the help we can muster.
Here are the areas we could really use some extra hands:
Wednesday July 31 - park cleanup and preparation
Thursday Aug 1 - event set up, beer pavilion set up, vendor space blocking, sign and banner hanging, supply movement to their event areas
Friday Aug 2 - help to get vendors unpacked and relocated to proper parking areas
Sunday, Aug 4 - event teardown and cleanup, helping vendors pack their vehicles
Monday, Aug 5 - park cleanup - we want to leave it the way we found it
All weekend: in-costume characters to meet and greet children (contact Cat Whitelock), beer servers (contact Wade Jones), volunteers to be in the Royal Flush Dunk Tank (contact Kelly Lewis), parade help (contact Tim Lewis).
