    Job Description
    Jacobs/Brown Media Group, LLC is hiring for a part time Projects Coordinator.  This position has the potential to evolve into a full time position.  

    This is a work from home opportunity, using the phone and internet, to coordinate with the other home-based employees, keeping them in communication with each other and on target with their projects.  This includes staying in touch with a handful of authors, the Director of Operations, graphic artists, editor, proofreader, bookkeeper, publicist, webmaster, printer, a few vendors, and the company owner. 

    Organizationals skills are a must, including a pleasant phone and email disposition, basic computer skills to include dowloading documents and pictures, then forwarding them to other team members.  Familiarity with online organizational tools such as Dropbox is a plus.  

    To start, the expected hours are between 10 - 15 hours per week, and could increase as the business grows.  

    This is a key-position requiring some initiative and the applicant must be a self-starter as the duties require the ability to keep everyone else coordinated and on target.
