The Community Development Division has prepared A Draft Annual Action Plan for FY 2017-2018. The Draft Plan outlines the projects to be undertaken in the 3rd Year to address development, housing and homeless needs identified in the 5-year Consolidation Plan, adopted by the Board of Supervisors on May 12, 2015.
