Alzheimer's Association Support Services

The Alzheimer's Association Support Services for Family Caregivers hosts an in-person meeting every month at the Mountain Communities Family Resource Center.

This is an opportunity to meet in person and access support and resources to help you care for someone in your life with Alzheimers disease.  

If you are not able to come to the in-person meetings, there is still help available:

• The helpline is available 24 hours/day, seven days/week in more than 200 languages.  Call 800-272-3900 anytime.
• Monthly telephone support groups are offered in both English and Spanish.  The English session is on the first Monday of every month from 1 pm to 2:30 pm.  RSVP to 800-272-3900.  The Spanish session is on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 1 pm to 2:30 pm.  RSVP to 800-272-3900 or call Milagros at 909-406-5349.
