Pinos Ranger District Fire Management staff is holding a recruitment meeting for the Wildland Fire Science class.\n\n\n\nThe class provides an introduction to students of the basic knowledge and skills required to suppress wildland fires\, and prepares them for possible employment in wildland fire departments.  \n\n\n\nEnrollment in the class is open to high school students and local residents.  \n\n\n\nAdults interested in attending this informational meeting are required to check in at the administrative office to receive a visitor pass.  The 2017-18 course starts on January 15\, 2018.
