The Ridge Route Communities Historical Society and Museum is holding a "Destination Dinner" fundraiser.
This year, the dinner is being held at the historic Lockwood's Ranch in Lockwood Valley.
A ranch style dinner will be served at 5 p.m., but arrive an hour early for a tour of the amazing ranch house and grounds. After dinner, area historian Bonnie Kane will review the history of the ranch from Bernard Lockwood in the 1860's to the Brown family in the late 1800's to Hollywood screenwriter Dalton Trumbo in the 1930s.
Tickets for this fundraising event are $50 each. Please reserve your space by September 20th.
